David Allen

Dr Allen, MD is a practising Endocrinologist in Madison, WI. Dr Allen graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in 1980 and has been in practice for 38 years. He completed a residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital. Dr Allen also specializes in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology. He currently practices at UW Hospital & Clinics and is affiliated with Meriter Hospital and University of Wisconsin Hospitals & Clinics. Dr Allen accepts multiple insurance plans including Aetna, Medicare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Dr. Allen is board certified in Pediatrics. Dr Allen also practices at the University of Wisconsin Endocrinology Department in Madison, WI.

Dorothy Shulman

Dorothy I. Shulman, M.D., is a pediatric endocrinologist at Shriners Healthcare for Children — Florida. Dr Shulman received her medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. After completing a residency in pediatrics from Children's Mercy Hospital and a residency from the Minnesota Hospital and Clinic, Dr Shulman went on to a fellowship in pediatric endocrinology at All Children's Hospital and a fellowship in pediatric diabetes and metabolism from the University of South Florida.
Areas of special interest for Dr Shulman include osteogenesis imperfecta and improving the care of children with a variety of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, growth, puberty, adrenal, thyroid and polycystic ovarian syndrome.
Dr Shulman is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Pediatrics - Endocrinology. She is also currently a member of the Genetics and Newborn Screening Advisory Council for the State of Florida and Governor's Diabetes Advisory Board and is a member of the sub-board of Pediatric Endocrinology for the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Jack Fuqua

Dr. Fuqua was born in Richmond, VA and received his M.D. degree from the Medical College of Virginia. He completed his internship and residency in Pediatrics at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego California. He served as a US Navy general pediatrician in Puerto Rico prior to his Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. After his fellowship, he completed his military obligation in San Diego before moving to Indiana University School of Medicine in 1999. He is one of the Co-Directors of the fellowship program and is active on several Department and School of Medicine committees. He has served in leadership roles for the Pediatric Endocrine Society and conducts industry-sponsored clinical trials. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Pediatric Endocrine Society, the Endocrine Society, and the American Diabetes Association.
