Maki Fukami

Maki Fukami is the deputy director of National Research Institute, Tokyo, Japan. She also works as the Head of Department of Molecular Endocrinology. Her research interests include congenital endocrine disorders, chromosomal abnormalities, and growth disorders.

Tomonobu Hasegawa

Finishing the residency at Department of Pediatrics, Keio University School of Medicine and Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Tokyo Metropolitan Kiyose Children’s Hospital, I had done basic research at Department of Pediatric Endocrinology, Stanford University School of Medicine (Prof. Ron G. Rosenfeld), Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Department of Internal Medicine, Duke University School of Medicine and University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (Prof. Keith L. Parker).
I came back the Department of Pediatrics, Keio University School of Medicine in 2000.
Currently, I have been Professor, Department of Pediatrics, Keio University School of Medicine, as well as Director, DSD Center, Keio University Hospital and Vice-director, Keio University Hospital. My areas of expertise have been adrenal, DSD, thyroid, growth.
